Bruce Wirt is a passionate speaker that is able to connect with audiences of varying demographics by way of energy and enthusiasm, carrying over 16 years of telecommunications experience, holding various management and Senior Level positions across the industry. Bruce’s expertise is in building and growing sales distribution channels, maximizing productivity minimal overhead. During his tenure at NetCarrier, Wirt has achieved exponential sales growth, seeing annual revenues nearly triple during the seven year period. Notable accomplishments during that span include retaining more than 85% of the acquired customer base following the acquisition of SniP Communications’ assets in 2010, the successful creation and launch of NetCarrier’s unique VAR program, and most recently leading the expansion of NetCarrier from a regional CLEC into a national solutions provider.Wirt’s channel sales philosophy is consistent and unwavering. He has been outspoken about active engagement in the channel, carriers and master agents abandoning smaller partners over failed revenue commitments, and the need for the master agent community to focus on partner education to prevent further commoditization of the telecommunications industry. In 2010, Wirt parlayed his sales and public speaking skills into a successful radio and emcee career. After 3 years in the Philadelphia radio market as an on air talent, he started his own network of live programming and podcasts utilizing digital media technology. In 2012 Wirt started the VOC Nation Radio Network, providing live, daily, original programming in the genres of sports, entertainment, politics, and professional wrestling. Curtis Peterson is SVP, Cloud Operations at RingCentral where he is responsible for strategic planning and growth of infrastructure for the global cloud communications platform.Prior to joining RingCentral, Curtis was VP of Operations Center at Windstream. As VP of Operations, led the transformation of the Centers, built out a Managed Security and Network Support groups. Before taking on that role, Curtis was Director of IS at NuVox (acquired by Windstream), where he led the product development efforts for data, security, internet and networking solutions which became the blueprint for their VoxNET and VoxIP offerings. He has also held positions at New South Communications, AOL, Michelin and Auburn City Schools.Curtis completed his study in Computer Engineering from Auburn University. He lives in Half Moon Bay, Calif. with his wife and two children.

As a co-founder of Vertical Communications in 2004 (along with Mr. Tauscher), Peter Bailey has led a talented team to the Companys current incarnation as a market and thought leader in the enterprise communications technology sector. With over 20 years of experience in technology, operations, finance and executive management, Peter is responsible for Verticals overall strategic direction, and is intimately involved in its day-to-day operations. Prior to his current role as President and CEO, he served as President and COO with responsibility for the Companys sales, marketing and operations organizations. In 2011, Peter was appointed CEO and joined the Board of Directors for Vertical. Since that time he has led the company through a period of significant growth and market share expansion. She has advanced and empowered cost saving methodologies, marketing from concept to product. Revenue generation includes in-depth platform, server and network infrastructure knowledge. Experienced in RFID, Content, VOIP, WiMAX, Video, S/MAAS, DATA, Dark Fiber and Conduit builds. She was a purveyor of the Spoke-N-Hub technologies from Central office infrastructure to the last mile. SRE’s carrier Global customers include a variety of ISP’s, WISP’s, CLEC’s IXC’s, PTT and Mobile operators along with several Fortune 500 resellers and managed services provider’s. Enterprise clients such as Home Depot, American Airlines and United Nations have engaged SRE and Ms. Rucinski for outsourced business development projects related to the telecom industry. Most recently, over the last 3 years Ms. Rucinski projects include reviewing, evaluate, license and take action on 11 patents for the inventors and holders of the patents. Those engagements have met with swift responses using resources from the USTPO office and various engineering and legal firms. Rich is TMC’s driving force in the creation and implementation of pioneering publications and events. Since launching TMCnet in 1995, Rich has pioneered the development of more than 300 online communities of interest, revolutionizing the online world and changing the way companies leverage their brands online. Rich is a media icon, maintaining an active role as an Editor-In-Chief and a very prominent technology blogger/social media participant.
